In July of 2014, there was a void to fill in the City of Kawartha Lakes for school bus transportation for a service provider that is responsive to the needs of our school districts. Two families, with a long history in student transportation, formed Kawartha Lakes Bus Lines and started with 60 bus routes. Two years later, the Lindsay branch of Kawartha Lakes Bus Lines grew to 80 routes.
Today, we are proud to employ almost 100 residents of the City of Kawartha Lakes and we are committed to serving Trillium Lakelands District School Board and its families long into the future.
Our people are the foundation upon which our business stands. They are passionate about serving this community and ensuring that students arrive safely to and from school every day. We care about, support, and give back to the communities in which we operate. Our local staff, live here and are a part of City of Kawartha Lakes.
We’re in the business of helping school districts and parents get their children to school safely and cost-effectively. But we’re not just another school bus company. We recognize that every school district is unique. That’s why we work hard to understand your needs and to take quick and positive action to address them. We know that a close working relationship is important to you. That’s why we free up our local managers to help you find ways to improve your service and to make your job hassle-free.
We also offer bus services for local events and summer camps, providing efficient, friendly, reliable service.
